REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
EXCHANGE
If you receive the wrong item and the item you ordered is out of stock, you may request an exchange. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item to request an exchange. Once your request is accepted you will then have 7 business days to return the item to our returns center. The item must have arrived at our return address within the 7 business days to be eligible for a replacement. International orders have 21 business days from the delivery date. Any item sent back to the return address without an accepted return will incur shipping and handling fees paid by the customer. If your return is accepted, your advanced payment of shipping cost will be refunded in 5 business days.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REPLACEMENT
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
DISCLAIMER
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect. We will also not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.
